Spark Of Life is a band that is built on friendship and the belief that music transcends all barriers. Hardcore music has given each and everyone of us in this band something that cant be quantified and something so special in our hearts that it could never be taken away. We are grateful for the opportunity to play the music we love at any level, and we hope that you can find something on here that you can relate to. We are not rockstars. We have normal jobs where we go to work every day to support families. We are honest, and we try to bring that across in every song we write.

In recent years, the soundtrack to coastal life has taken on many forms. From the laid- back island folk of Jack Johnson to the reggae-infused punk rock of Sublime, beach- inspired music has gone in vastly different directions.
In comes Bag of Toys, an acoustic surf-rock band from Northern California, that has emerged on the music scene with a completely original, infectious sound that is drenched in the sun and sand.

Hi.
I'm Nikki.
I think I've spent sooo much time reflecting on what my past has to do with with my present, that I've completely forgotten to think about what my present has to do with my future. I don't ever wanna realize I've spent my entire life looking backwards to figure out whats in front of me.
Who I am now may have a lot to do with who I've been before, but who I'm going to be tomorrow is up to me to determine.

Kina started playing shows at the age of four in front of her stuffed animals. Now she plays in front of people. It was not the quickest transition for the admittedly shy songstress. While attending college at USC, Kina often retreated to the secluded stairwells around campus, where she could write and sing without being heard. Protected by their quiet, private confines, she found a safe haven for her creative expression and a private outlet for her music. Armed with a guitar and a cup of tea, Kina wrote in every stairwell she came across. And it was within these stairwells that she developed the confidence in her abilities as a songwriter and her poise as a performer. In 2007, Kina joined YouTube, made a music video and entered herself into a contest.
